Description
ITIL® Overview is effective in both introducing the IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®) and IT Service Management (ITSM) Best Practices. The goal of this course is to promote awareness, seek buy-in and introduce a shared vocabulary. The Workshop is comprehensive enough that staff who don't require Foundation training will receive the most important fundamental concepts and terminology.
