Overview

This 3 day instructor-led course provides students with the knowledge and techniques to effectively gather, document, and manage business requirements. This course addresses the beginning stages of the software development life cycle, providing a comprehensive study of conceptual design, including Use Case, Usage Scenario, and User Stories creation. This course also provides a comparison among different software development Methodologies, such as Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF), Agile, Scrum, and Extreme Programming (XP).

Intended Audience

This course is intended for IT Professionals, Developers, and everyone in the IT industry (including Business Analysts and Project Managers) that needs to create robust requirements documentation.
