Customer Immersion Experiences (CIE) are hands-on opportunities for business managers and directors to test-drive technology solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their teams. These unique and free sessions, led by Springhouse subject-matter experts, will allow you the time to explore the showcased solution and put you on the path to improve effectiveness. After the overview, a Solution Specialist can provide details about integration, implementation, mentoring and in-depth training.

Microsoft Flow & PowerApps: Flow streamlines repetitive tasks into automated workflows. PowerApps allows you to build apps with a user-friendly point-and-click approach to design. Microsoft's Suite of Project Management Tools: A PMP-credentialed instructor will introduce you to all the Microsoft project management tools, such as Planner, SharePoint Online, Project Professional, and Project Online, so you can identify the right application for your project. Business Analysis (BA) Springhouse will provide an overview of Business Analysis and the process of identifying needs and determining solutions. Agile Leadership Overview: Agile is a management ideology that reduces re-work by balancing flexibility with control to establish more efficient products for customers.
