​In today's dynamic business climate, service outages cause real bottom line impact to the business. Mature ITIL® RCV - Release, Control and Validation - processes are critical in enabling IT organizations to smoothly transition new and changed services into production, helping to ensure stability for IT and the Business. This (5) five-day RCV course provides the best practice knowledge required to build, test and deploy successful IT services.

Embedded into the course is our unique virtualization, Living the Lifecycle®. Within a virtual business environment, we introduce a service and then follow it from strategic decision through implementation. Living the Lifecycle enables active learning by encouraging the participants to:

  • IT and Business Professionals, as well as Process Owners, requiring deep role-based knowledge of the RCV processes
  • Individuals seeking to achieve the ITIL Master or ITIL Expert™ Certification

Candidates for this course have:

  • ITIL Foundation – obtained through ITIL Foundation or Bridge Course
  • 2 to 4 years IT Service Management experience
  • Completed a minimum of 12 hours of personal study

Exams & Certifications

​Successfully passing (70%) the 90 minute exam, consisting of eight (8) complex, multiple choice, scenario-based questions, leads to the ITIL Intermediate Certificate.
